A Professional Gun also known as "Il Mercenario" The Mercenary (USA) Revenge of a Gunfighter (USA) or Salario para matar (Spain)

Trivia:
During the production, the cameraman thought he spotted a UFO, continued filming it and subsequently the team even sent pictures to NASA

Sergei Kowalski uses a Spanish Astra 400 pistol. The pistol was not introduced until 1921, after the Mexican Revolution.

Polish mercenary, Sergei Kowalski (Franco Nero) gets hired by short-tempered revolutionary Paco Roman (Tony Musante), in order to help his squad of unexperienced rebels with their campaign for a free Mexico. The mercenary exploits Paco's gang and charge high fees. Aside from the Mexican army they also have Curly on their tale after revenge. The troop is joined by beautiful and idealistic Columba, a woman whose father was a revolutionary. "The Polish" is a typical anti-hero, witty and cool and somehow sympathetic, but mainly concerned on his own benefit.

"L 'Arena" by Ennio Morricone and Bruno Nicolai
Kowalski tracks Roman to a rodeo where he is in hiding working as a clown in a bullfighting arena. Curly (a sadistic mercenary played by Jack Palance) also trails him there and the scene is set for the final showdown.
This music is later used by Quentin Tarantino in the 2004 film Kill Bill: Vol. 2.

"Il Mercenario (1968) is set in the time of the Mexican revolution, and therefore late for a Western, is a must-see for every fan of the genre."
