  • I fully support the Dream Act. Military service or college in order to qualify is fine with me.

  • wtf man, so this anchor man thinks every undocumented person or youngsters in the U.S. speaks Spanish. What a fucking bias son of a bitch. Not every undocumented person in the U.S. is Spanish speaking or from South America.

  • BAAFF + SIM will be presenting a screening of 'PAPERS' in BOSTON, MA on 8/10, 6:30pm at Tufts Medical Center, Wolff Auditorium! For more info, go to baaff.org

  • @rarebanana im mexican but i totally agree with u. its the topical stereotype ppl give all immigrants. just cuz mexico is like there neighbor

  • @rarebanana "or wherever your family came from"

  • @Smileyyy21 That's exactly the bias I'm talkin 'bout: Cubans are whiter, than the "mexican-looking-people" who are invading your landscape, so they go under the radar of americans. That's all. I bet when you see laborers next to u, you either look the other way, or worse yet, strike a conversation.

Keeping your eyes closed is the easiest thing you ever did. Looking the other way, the second. That makes y'all a bunch of assholes for now wanting to deport people after they've served u for years.

  • when does this movie come out?

  • @carly35 That's exactly right but the U.S. is behond this. Most cubans end up being Republicans plus they look more white than other hispanics. I honestly do not agree that they should give them so much and kids like Walter so little. It's pathetic.

  • @slapking12 After highschool my plan was to join the military maybe marines or navy. I went to a college fair where military recruits wer and was turned down heavly. Not only by them but by all the colleges except community colleges. I wnder how different life would be if I could have been born here

  • Once they start to ask this kid (Lara) what he thinks should be done, that's where things start to unravel. Why a $5,000 fine? Why not $10,000, $100,000? Why not renounce any other citizenship in your parent's country? Why not throw in a 8 year stint in the USMC in Afghanistan followed by 4 years providing hospice care to AIDS victims. Why not raise the bar, so that most will take the attrition option, and never again will the fed gov't be permitted to let immigration get so out of hand.
