i read were he was investing during the period 99 thru 2003 which he claims he wasnt working with bain but investing in a bermuda insurance compamy personally while bain investing in the same companys doesnt this repersent insider trading espesiality since papers now show he was still head of the bain capitok co till three yrs later. wasnt martha stewart put in jail for just hearing about a stock move and moving her stock.. i guess saying your not head while papers prove diff matters
