why could'n't the ( CIA Agent ) just stopped and showed the police his badge???? Some ppl think they are above the law fleeing from police cause he had important paper's what ever. the way this should of happen is the CIA agent stopping and while sitting in his car he could of identified himself and i bet he would of still be alive. and if the paper's were so imprtant why was he traveling by himself????

I have a CCW lic & respect police officers very much. For some reason however I have doubts any Texas cop would respect a CCW lic & would arrest or shoot the legal person & it would be called justified!

@ChainBaseball25 They come up with anything to say they have probable cause. Then they search without a warrant. Anymore just your behavior can be used as probable cause. Believe me, I had my truck searched without a warrant because the officer claimed that he smelled marijuana. Which I don't smoke and they found nothing cause there was nothing. Even made me wait for a K-9 unit to arrive to run through my truck. They have a million ways to work around search warrants anymore.

Even though you are a CIA agent, you don't flee from the police! If you have top secret papers in your car, the police have to get a search warrant to search your vehicle! If this agent's attorney is saying he did the right thing by fleeing he is an idiot, I guess every time the police pull someone over for a traffic violation all you have to do is say your a CIA agent and they will let you go according to this idiots belief...

@ChainBaseball25, Police do not need a search warrant if they have "probable cause" to conduct a search. As you can imagine, that is not a high hurdle for cops to clear.
