Try Skreeky for push-to-talk. It is location based, requires no configuration, and works on Android, Windows Mobile, Windows Phone 7 and iPhone. Windows application (SkreekyBeep) is also available for listening.

theres an easier app called walkie talkie you just have to have 2 iphone/ipod and search for them and talk

You are actually not going over the internet with this. You are only going over your internal network. The IP of 192.168.0.xxx is a local IP assigned by your router. There are thousands of devices with the same IP in other peoples internal networks so for example, you would not be able to give a friend in another town your IP and expect them to be able to call you.

the case is made by griffin it comes in a two pack one red and on black it cost about $25
i tried look for the iVoice III but they don't sell it where i live (Canada) but a haven't herd of the Belkin TuneTalk do you know where i could buy it in Canada ?
