@tatsuki10ishida generally no. Although I do know one married couple who are legally speaking cousins, though not biologically. She was adopted into the family when she was young, they fell for each other, got married, n that's that. So it's rare, but falling in love with someone whose been adopted into your family is possible.

@tatsuki10ishida yes n no. 'Siblings' in the sense that Rukia is Byakuya's 'sister'. He adopted her. However, she was never formally adopted by Hitsugaya's granny, second part to that is even if she was adopted into his family, they're not bio sibs.
