  • ben gazzara rocked this role

  • @DannyFuckinTanner - He didn't really wear glasses, and wouldn't bag his booze. But the words spoken here are word for word, his poem. This guy just doesn't do it well. No one does bukowski but bukowski.

  • This film has no style. The Buk wouldn't wear sunglasses, wouldn't bag his booze in shame and wouldn't speak with such pretension.

  • This Bukowski film is a lot better than Barfly. I mean Barfly is cool but this one is more dirty and drunken. Factotum is great too.

  • Happy 80th Birthday Ben!! I remember when I was driving a cab in NYC in the West Village and told you before I recognized you that you had a nose like my Father and you laughed and we started talking. A great gentleman and one of the friendliest actors I ever picked up when I was driving a cab in NYC.

  • Genius in action to say: the film starts with style!

    I'm a dog with style.
