A changed man? Is the looting of eatern Congo by Museveni the change you are talking about? What of Museveni's killings of innocent people in western Kenya by his security forces on behalf of his friend, Mwai Kibaki after the stolen elections? His day will come... at The Hague!

@Kabz918 Literally, the U.S. and Europe do rule the world. This is nothing but the current state of colonialism = puppet governments. Of course the leaders maintain a degree of freedom but they are not ultimately free to make their own decisions as long as as much as 52% of their budget comes from Western sources. African leadership needs balls like in the 1960's with Lumumba and Nkrumah. They need to refuse foreign "aid" and develop their countries for their own people, not western interests.

The US just passed a law that means Museveni can be sued for the use of child soldiers both in the past and currently, as the UN has reported use of child soldiers in the government army and local defense militias.
