I decided to Hammer G-rank (HR9) Black Gravios. I didn't feel like this should have been a speed run. I just wanted to show a way to Melee a Black Gravios since all I see are people using Ranged weapons on him.

Better to use with this set Magnitude, it will give you 1716 attack(kitchen buff) and 15% affnity.

Nice vid, man. I tend to use longsword on him most of all, but right now I really want to upgrade my water element LS but that would involve fighting more G-rank plesioths, which I goddamn hate more than black gravios. I always get roflstomped, so I switched to a SnS and managed to kill him via sleep-bombing, but it always takes bloody ages compared to a longsword.
personally I like the juggernaut, 30% affinity is nice enough with reckless abandon+2.

@Payits there is a hammer with over 1800 attack you know right?(sharpness sucks but hey op charged hits ftw!)

@BebopMagnum7 You would probably beat him with a big blue chopper (ceanatuar hammer). But I would say the crow torrent.

Is Crow Torrent ultimately a better choice due to affinity or would I be better off with Juggernaut?

@admiredfob I'd like to see someone do it in 7 minutes with a hammer - period...It sounds nearly impossible to me even with heroics this guy has a ridiculous amount of hp..i did it with magnitude and fatalis z adrenaline+2 and it still took me 15 minutes and the hammer is pretty much my forte.
