Through this short video you can see broaching/slotting machining done with a spline 8mm lenght 50 mm. We chose purposely to dissect the piece into two parts so that it could be visible how the tool works inside the piece. The machining have an excellent finish level and splines are carried out in more or less 40 seconds with a cutting speed F=8000 and a removal at each pass 0.1.
In questo breve filmato si assiste ad una lavorazione di brocciatura o stozzatura realizzata con una chiavetta 8 mm lunghezza 50 mm.
Si è scelto volutamente di sezionare il pezzo in due in modo da rendere visibile la lavorazione dell'utensile all'interno del pezzo.
La lavorazione risulta essere di ottima finitura e le due chiavette sono realizzate in circa 40 secondi con velocità di taglio 8000 e incremento per passata 0,1.
