  • @Heartpunky, I hate this crap too! It sounds like a bunch of amateur actors trying to help people to learn that crap language. They are actualy discouraging learners who incidentally drop in here.

  • This pronunciation is so fake... You guys are cramming Portuguese learners' minds with misleading pronunciation. Shame!!!

  • Hi I'm Brazilian, and I'm gonna try to explain about the difference of "de" [jee] and de [de].

Normally when "de" is in the beginning of a sentence as " De nada", you pronounce [jee nada]. Also with the word DJ. In Brazil, we say like [jee jey].

As Brazil is very big, the pronounciation it's also going to depend on the accent.

For example, the word "leite", I say like [leitch] as I'm from São Paulo city, but people from the South can say it like [leiti]. Good question by the way

  • The Girl at 2:04 is so hot!

  • @thotkrime man, it actually depends in the word, like, just "de" you pronounce "jee", but when you have "de" in a word like "depende" (depend), you pronounce like in Spanish, but basically it's just a way to speak that came with the time :D

  • @kianfa

    ovos mexidos: scrambled eggs

ovos estrelados: fried eggs, but you just put salt in the yolk

  • what is the diference between ovos estelados Vs ovos mexidos?

  • Why is "Da" pronounced "Da", but "De" is pronounced "Jee"?

  • Eu quero por a linguiça na panela da cristina enquanto os ovos ficam mexendo ai

    cristina fica só falando Hum.
