@deaddogcanyon - Agreed, this album was brilliant - but its hard to compare PIL's work past and present because its all so different. Some PIL albums do some things better... as a body of work though, it is brilliant.

I was talking about this song specifically, and further more Love Hope and Covered are also very good like Cruel and Acid Drops. Lucks Up is only marginal. I agree the rest isn't very good. You really can't compare PACO PIL to the other PIL groups work either, the only constant member being Lydon, the music changed as the band did, but hey that's just me.

That What Is Not is not their best record, and it's probably good they bowed out right afterwards. Cruel and Acid Drops and God are good but the rest of the record is crap.

All being taken into account I would have to say this is John Lydon's best work, but that just might be me.
