7 - 8 wk old Tortoiseshell Shell Kitten adopted 7/17/10!

Tortoiseshell Shell Kitten (6 - 8 weeks old)
Wormed, FIV/Feline Leukemia Negative, Revolution.

Mia was rescued from a trailer park in Olmsted Falls, OH on June 22, 2010. She was born indoors but the person who took on the task of letting the pregnant mom cat and the kittens indoors decided it was too daunting and threw them outside. Mia became separated from her litter mates and mom and was found crying and alone.

The vet says she's between 6 - 8 weeks old. She craves being held and and is a playful and very sweet kitten. She is happiest in your lap. Her personality is truly that of a dignified princess.

Mia arrived very sick. She had both tapeworms and roundworms, and was dehydrated. She could harldy move and due to the parasites she also arrived with a severe case of diarrhea. She was literally covered in it. The vet said had I not found her and treated her, she would have become infested with maggots on her hind quarters.

What a blessing its been to watch her recover. The vet says she's well on the mend. Mia is very grateful I can tell. =)

Mia would do best in a quiet home.

Whatever you do don't bring it to those shelters, they normally put them down. She is soo cute. I would take her but we already have 3 kitties

I found a cat once that was dumped on our property. She was a calico! So pretty!!! She was probably 6 weeks old! Blue eyes!!! But had a laceration on her throat that needed to be addressed. She was given penicillin and antibiotics. And we named her jewel!! But, in the end she went to a home ;)

awwww, I hope you found her a good home! She is so sweet! I have one that looks just like her named Cuddles. She is the most precious baby! Give that baby kisses if you haven't found her a home yet from me! I love kitties and I am glad she has you to take care of her. God bless!
