oblivion how to get 100 hand to hand/ blade/blunt/marksmen and all the magic skills

btw i dont mention where the shrine of peryite is its directly east of the stables north of bravil, anyways this is a guide for getting 100 pretty much on all of the combat skills including hand to hand, blade, blunt,marksmen, and all of the magic skills (exept restoration). anyways at this shrine there are these people who apear to be frozen and if you attack them in anyway they dont do anything plus they dont die. its kinda spooky cos when i crouch behind this rock where none of them are looking at me it says theyre still looking its like they have eyes in the back of their heads.

hey gin do you still go on oblivion i do i got 2weeks ago xD tell me,if you know How do you activate power attacks what you unlock. Example journey man of hand to hand unlocks left right power attack or the blade spin?

What you do is you get a chameleon enchantment from a sigil stone , and u enchant armour and get it past 100 u put it on max difficulty and u attack bandits and they cant attack you back and u will level up ur stuff. I also got lvl 100 heavy armour and block by going into alyied with bandits ruins or w/e and duplicating health potions and just let them hit me

@arbiterjei i'm not an expert at enchanement because my lowest skill is magic, but to be honest from what i've seen you can take damage no matter what armour level you are its just that the higher your level the less damage but all i can say if you get your heavy Armour and enchantment Armour up then it will help. not sure how big the effects are on the highest difficulty for lvl 100 armour cos ive not tried it. sorry i couldnt help more arbiterjei all i can say is try.

you can still get restoration up you just need a spell that restores on touch

i prefer to summon something and kill it repeatedly. that way you get your conjuration up as well. find an ayleid shrine if your int (magic) is low

I went to the Bravil stables and walked east all the way to the Morrowind border and saw no shrines. You sure those directions are right?

The only thing over that way are Oblivion Gates and the Shivering Isles door.

@DDoig123 i knew that yeah i had a lvl 30 5-5-5 leveled char with 100 str, agi, wil, end,l and int andi saved before going on a killing spre in imperial city after that i couldnt load that save file anymore bfore i did it so that bummed me out but know im working on a 5-5-5 argonian
