While I have to strongly disagree with some opinions here i'm glad they're being expressed in a civil manner. And just to be clear, not trying to knock the KoRn song, i've been a fan of their music for a long time; simply trying to show how music can express completely different moods and feels that longtime fans have associated with the series. It's becoming clearer every day however that this is not going to be the same Silent Hill as in the past so maybe different music is a good thing.

Why are people bitching about this game being bad? They havn't played it yet and the game just looks amazing,it looks scary and I can bet has a amazing story from all the stuff I have been seeing.The gas mask guy is gonna scary the crap out of me if he follows you everywhere lol

@thejunkyardmaster247 Actually this is being developed by Vatra, a company in the Cezh Republic... Not anywhere in America... But even from the beginning Silent Hill was based and inspired BY American horror like literature and old classics like Jacob's Ladder... Japanese horror is all ghosts with long black hair, water, and suicide...

@Jaegar19Ultima Problem is that when you've grown up with these games its like its somehow losing its identity I don't know if you'll understand. Most of the RE games appeal and perhaps rightly so to the new gamers. Old ones are used to the original style, I do agree that they need to adjust as technology is evolving but survival horror was the main reason that it was popular in the first place. RE is not scary anymore. When its not scary then you know somethings wrong.

@chaosdachamp This is exactly the reason I don't get why RE fans are soo hurt over what RE4-6 have really become. I mean when you've past the point where horror doesn't have no effect on you to scare you and the gameplay evolved to a point where RE4 is critically acclaimed and every new game follows suite why do they cling to the past? The new survival horror has gotten past it's roots and is very different from it classic origins, I understand that change is inevitable the problem is fans don't
