THIS IS A GREAT JOB, TRULY, DUSTYSWEEPER: I've only gotten this far, but totally engrossing!!! Many, many thanks!
Twists and complications of history so difficult to do well! Completely absorbing...

I think the BBC done a grate job separating the fact from the fiction the massacre of glencoe has always been stooped in mystery and the incident is well known throughout the world.

OMG every time we visit the Wallace monument my dad has a HUGE rant about that bloody statue that looks like Mel Gibson. They would turn the film into some jumped up American idea of what happened. I think everyone on here has an idealistic view of how it COULD be made... but in reality we all know that would never happen.

I don't think a film would work
Braveheart comes to mind.

I totally agree and so does my family!!!!!! For years we've talked about it as I'm a quarter McDonald from a very strong line. I guess it's the old cry 'funding'. My dad worked for Scottish Television for 20 years and he is very passionate about the cause for a film like this to be made!
