LSD is an important tool for world demilitarization.

@doomzdayreaper You seriously don't know what you're talking about... Albert Hofmann, a Swiss man, was the person who discovered LSD. This is a well known fact. Yes, the US government tried to use it for the purposes you're talking about but they had literally no part in the actual creation of the drug. Don't give them credit for something they tried to abuse and misuse.

@doomzdayreaper The Germans tried to do the same thing in WW2 -- which led to the invention of "Speed"

The US Military created LSD, its purpose was not to be used on the enemy. Its main purpose was to creat super soldiers that didn't get teird or feel pain and would keep going no matter what. Unfortunatly It went horribly wrong.

hahahahahaha dood thats amazing. and besides i bet they gave em a large amount of acid. they be switchin up shit back then to make it seem bad..

If you sprayed LSD on a commited enemy like the Viet Cong, They would see better, fight harder, and laugh like crazy when they blew your head off. Just a bad idea all around. But for them opium did the trick anyway.

Let's face it they probably never did this because if both sides sprayed LSD at each other no one would fight lol, good for us peace loving hippies but not fir the generals lol.
-
LOL the drug addicts would love to be there

@mebsce87 Hey, if I were to die that's the way I'd want to go. I've seen an automatic rifle fired off while on LSD. The bullets looked more like a constant flow of sparkling rain drops. And dying by a splash of shiny rain drops doesn't sound that bad does it? Hell, when you looked down at your shirt you wouldn't think its blood, just warm, rainbow goo splattered from a burst of magical rain. Yeah, I'd die happy, that's for sure.

I suppose they never actually used this technology in battle cos they reckoned it would be pretty easy for other countries to copy them & possibly use it if they'd exposed its capabilities to the outside world. I wonder if the US military still have this up their sleeves or have they abandoned the concept?
