Voice Over Utility

This comes with your Mac, I was excited to find out that you don't have to turn it on to use it. It is extremely easy to use and is sometimes all you need to put a smile on your face after work or school (or Monday morning). It works with any text so just highlight, click, listen.

If you don't want this Microsoft Sam voice, you can change it in the System Preferences.
