Part of a ride aboard the only remaining PT Boat in the world licensed to carry passengers. PT728 is a Vosper-designed boat built in August of 1945 in Annapolis Maryland, right before the end of World War II. She is being restored and operated by a non-profit group based on the Hudson River in New York.
