Fail back at you. Netbooks only have 1 placement voor de ram memory. So it's max 2GB. You would have to place 1 2gb ram and 1 1GB ram.

Hey mang! I just bought one of these on impulse, and I thought of some awesome questions for you:

1) How does real-life battery life compare to the 1000H*? Is it any better with a different OS like Ubuntu?

2) Is the LCD backlight the most power-hungry part of this laptop considering its size and the fact that it's LED?

3) Will Ubuntu need heavy configuring to fully function on this thing?

4) Are the aluminum parts solid aluminum, or is it just a veneer subject to nasty wearing?

Netbooks are such a crock of shit. Why has this become so trendy? It's just the latest piece of colored glass. If you're so pretentious that you need a desktop, laptop, and netbook just so you can make sure you don't let twitter go un-updated for more than 7 minutes, then you really need to re-evaluate your fucking life.

Netbooks are shitty, underpowered junk designed to make people feel as if they actually have contributed to the growth of the PC industry via purchasing a $300 turd.
