likewise lord buddha was born in nepal but indians said lord buddha was born in india.

also sherpas are good at climbing mountains. the first man to reach mt. everest was tenzing norgay sherpa do you know that. and yes sherpas hometown is in solukhambu. and yes mt. everest lies in solukhambu.

i believe rai and sherpas made nepal famous. rai becoming british gurkhas and sherpas helping tourists, mountaineers scale mt. everest. i am hopeful that rai and sherpas will engage in nepali politics and in the new constitution of nepal.

@angel53245 the funniest thing is that yeti airlines owned and managed by sherpa is doing so well compared to nepal airlines. nepal airlines are managed by deeply rooted corrupted officials. i am confidence that limbuwan, khambuwan and other ethnic federal state will develop itself without interference from central government.

welll to alll the fuking hell ... i wannna inform you that dont go about the history because ther you find many crticicizm because in nepal living many castes..and the sherpas are truely a nepali than other fuking helll.. due to sherpa, a big possibility in tourism is there.. so nepal is known in the world..undrstoood...salaaaa

@MrPragalv don't ask me. ask NEFIN org. Go and Google for NEFIN. NEFIN stands for nepal federation of indigenous nationalities. again sherpas are indigenous under NEFIN rules. but let me remind you and all nepalese that only KIRAT IS THE PURE, NATIVE, ORIGINAL NEPALESE.

Kirat culture, religion are different from Tibetan and Indian culture. It's time the world knows more about Kiratas and Kirat culture and Kirat contibution to the mankind.

@MrPragalv no you are wrong. sherpas are indigenous to nepal. go and check the list of indigenous ethnic group of nepal in under NEFIN org. yes it is true that sherpas are heavily influenced by tibetan culture. but again nepal is also heavily influenced by indian culture. only Kiratis are the pure, original, native Nepalese.

kirat culture are not influenced by tibetan or indian culture. Kirant(rai,limbu,sunuwar, yakkha, dhimal, hayu, etc) have managed yo keep their culture intact.
