MJ onkly owned the Publishing rights to half of the beatles cataloge so would have recieved 50% of the royalties for those songs, Paul McCartney and John Lennon (his estate now hes dead) have always recieved thier 50% song writers share (100% on the songs they retained the publishing rights to)
