  • awesome ! pure magic...Mohammed Rafi the great !

  • Perhaps the all time greatest song sung in South Asia. One feels amazed at the versatility and the range(at least through 3 octaves) of this man. It s said that Naushad sahab had to abruptly break the song to prevent a permanent damage to Rafi's voice - as one can see in the end sequence !!

  • @balabujji well said my friend. At the very core of all religions there must be the desire to love and be loved. But if religion itself becomes the reasons to fight, to kill and to hate, then the whole system of religion is failing. We now have religions within religion. Where does it end? When will there be unity? I will tell you when. If tomorrow we have a major disaster threatening the existence of all humansonly then we will become one unit to defend ourselves. It might well be too late then

  • 3 people are deaf ...

  • great song..

  • @balabujji YOU ARE RIGHT

  • EXCELLENT VOICE RAFI SAHEB ALLAH BLESS YOU

  • This is how we used to be happy before, muslims sing the best hindu songs, hindus celebrating with muslims and vice versa, when and why did this change? If religion can make me kill someone, then I don't want a religion.

  • Greatest masterpiece to be ever sung. Only Rafi Sahib could sing such a great tune. Even today this is a test for the singers, if they can sing this tune. If Rafi Sahib would have only sung this song, he would still be regarded as the greatest singer ever to be born on this earth. Lahori Munda From New York. We will always miss Rafi Sahib.
