I think you should recheck a couple of the statistics you give as they are inaccurate.
Britain’s net contribution to the EU this year was £6.4 Billion. This works out at about £17.5 million a day not the £45 million you claim.
Also the figure of 75% of UK laws made at EU level is simply made up; official estimates put the figure at 10%-40%
