  • @LTflipnote i try and breathe every three strokes, so you are breathing on your left and right side which is good so you dont become one side dependent.

  • heres some advice im a long time swimmer when u guys first start out with a work out do a quick warm up of about 200-800 yards depending on your lvl to warm up your body after that do a 100-400 im also depending on your lvl and after that do your drills for the strokes u wana swim like if u where doing freestyle do like 6 100s kick/swim drill/swimm so 25 kick 25 swim 25 drill 25 swim im using 25 cuz most pools are 25 unless u are in a olyimpic pool witch is 50 good luck
