ideal leg routine for strength, size and definition. This routine I did it at home using free weights and my Soloflex machine combined.

  • Try the dumbbell squats. No stress on your shoulders or back, and you still feel like you hit a running train after you're done. Nevertheless, thank you for the feedback. Peace.

  • Good routine! I never thought of doing squats with a dumbell. Great idea. I like the negative reps while doing the leg curl as well. Negatives are often overlooked but very productive. Keep up the good work my friend. Peace.
