I just got a piece of Staub. Wow, these things are built like tanks! A lot of people will say that this brand is good but too expensive. I can see that. But, you will never buy another cook set in your life. These things will be handed down from generation to generation. I used to buy $35 kettles and the last a couple of years. I bought a Staub kettle and I am sure it will outlast me.

I can't find the titanium color in stores (only graphite grey). Nor can I find the larger bouillabaisse pot in the grenadine color (Oct '08). Any thoughts where to look?
