(Sacramento) -- Large American infrastructure projects are being awarded to companies overseas. American companies say they can do the job and will hire thousands of American workers, which in turn will stimulate the ailing economy. One of those big projects is in California. In a special report on ABC News, Chris Cuomo spoke with California State Assemblymember Luis Alejo about the problem.
