Lamitte Cafe is the regular hang out of the staff at ESTV. Situated on the edge of China Town in Sydney the food is spectacular and the presentation is up there with the best. With a great meal starting at $7.00 up to $12 there is no better value in Sydney. Ric Vatner introduces our favourite cafe and the new owner / manager Ellie Kim. We thank her for not being the new broom that sweeps out the best of the old. In fact Lamitte has gone from strength to amazing and this is our tribute to them.
