Bungling Bandits pick the wrong jewelry store to rob. Both are shot by the owner. The one who lived is charged with the death of the other. 911 and surveillance footage included.

Sorry for the delay in responding. This case should not set any precedent. Florida has had a Felony Murder statute for decades. FS 782.04(2) ....  "the unlawful killing of a human being, when perpetrated by any act imminently gangerous to another and envincing a depraved mind regardless of human life, although without any premeditated design to effect the death of......" applies to certain felonies, such as arson, robbery, kidnapping, murder itself, and others.
