Shallena! I remember her. She was such a nice person, and a great friend. Life has certainly been more difficult since JobCorps. I lost my job, my girlfriend, (who I graduated with at SJJC) and a lot of friends. Nevertheless, I have a lot of great memories from 2006-2008. I moved to Santa Rosa, and I'm doing much better now. My #1 advice for those exiting the program: Find a job. Look for one even before you leave. It'll make things a lot easier. Reflecting on my time there, I would do it again.
