G-A-F#m-Bm for the chorus and intro, simple.

Bm-G-D-F#m for the verses, but switch the F#m for an A every other time. In other words, Bm-G-D-F#m, then Bm-G-D-A, etc.

Not sure how accurate this is, but I tried it out just now and this is close enough to fake it at least:

Intro and chorus: G (open A string every other strum), A, A, Bm. Then as the verse starts it's Bm (open A string every 3 strums), and all the verses are Bm, G, D, A.

Hope that's close!
