Building that have been knocked down....
The building directly across from the HIPAR building was the generator building. The building between the generator building and the LOPAR was the LOPAR building. The structure to the left of the generator and LOPAR building were two trailers connected by a block building, tracking radars van to the right and acquisition radar van to the left.
If there's anyone else that was stationed there and wants to add something please comment.
These pictures were taken summer 2011.
think of all of the wasted tax money it took to build these installations. they weren't built that long ago. looks like they are 100 year old ruins

I also toured the site a little more than a year ago. Couldn't believe how much was still intact! alas, the site is now placarded "No Trespassing", and two motorcycle grade wheel locks holding the gates together. I think the main reason for closing off the site now, was all the vandalized asbestos on most of the heating systems.

I was stationed at this site from October 1962 until fall 1964. I can provide details of all structures on the site. Not sure what would be the best method but if you can contact me we can figure it out.
