seems to me you just need more confidence. stop pacing and turning your back. And laugh a little at your own jokes. Is what I would recommend. I'm in no position to judge though, I hope to try standup myself soon and I'm mega-nervous and probably won't have the balls to even do it, so well done for getting up there. and your material seems pretty good.
