This is NOT a virus.
Anti virus programs reacts to applications, that change other files on your computer. Usually, when the application has an icon - you can feel more safe. Of course it's not 100%, but it's a good first hand rule.
I tried this, and as the video shows, WinRar is now registered in my name.
