Yes it works for all Glocks. The difference will be how much of the barrel sticks out. This holster is for easy access in a conceal carry condition. It is not for drawing; once you get your hand on the weapon is ready for shooting.

I always win in a shoot-out (one real, and 4-8 a year with wax bullets), if I can get my hand on my weapon, you lose.

I have seen others use wood blocks, cut to fit, then clamped over area to be depressed. The spoon may be the only good way to work trigger guard and other smaller details still.
