Police Choking a Homeless Man in Santa Ana

Just after 9 am on 11/23/11, a police officer attempted to arrest a homeless man. When he resisted, the officer threw him to the ground and began choking him.

And did you notice that he didn't make any noise until the guy with the camera pulled up? My parents work for oc sherrif and these guys are great people.
