Judging by the music in the Wizard Video logo, I thought Mr. Roboto was about to start!

One thing I love about my vhs over the dvd movie version is those classic HOME VIDEO presations just before movie. I just love them. Palace Home Video, CEL, CIC, etc etc etc I dont watch Videodrome unless the CIC video cataloge logo does not come up before movie. Seriously.

Anyone wanting to start a new home video company could get a lot of great ideas from the best of the logos presented here.

Man I remember seeing the Media logo on the ORIGINAL Nightmare on Elm Street vhs..Thanks for posting, as it brings back great memories..

Wizard Video also sold two Atari 2600 games under the "Wizard Video Games" label. They were the infamous games based on the original "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" and the original "Halloween". Wizard Video Games was actually liquidating their inventory, so they eventually started slapping tape stickers and scribbling the title across it.
I love these old, cheesey 80's logos. I wish they still put these out today!

Hell yes! Nostalgia overload indeed. ;)
I always loved seeing the Media home entertainment logo always let me know I was gonna watch a Slasher of Giallo film or Zombie epic or general cult film favorite that was always guaranteed to entertain me.
Kinda spooky in and of itself as well. MEGA thanks for whoever put this up. 5 stars.
