Clio 182 Cup at 2008 QR Sprints Rnd2 - Run 2

Had to tighten my line when the car I was following lost control...pity it sent me sliding too hehe Basically I didn't keep the car balanced correctly and the new track surface seems to be VERY unforgiving (more cars span in one day then I've seen in all the sprints I've been too!). Nothing major though, caught it and didn't spin but it must have looked funny when two cars simultaneously start sliding.

Unfortunately this vid was the only one I was able to take at these sprints. Had some camera issues :(

Also unfortunate is that I'm moving to Sydney in just over a week so this was my last sprint until at least December. Expect some trackday vids from Sydney though :D

Hey nice race...however you have raced better before, but this would be due to the re-surfacing :S

Yeah the resurfacing made it a bit fiddly to drive on. In the 3rd run (which I didn't film unfortunately) I finally had my pressures dialed in right and it made a big difference. I slashed half a second off my previous PB!

Anyway, onto Sydney now :)
