  • @anacondaproductions He also has extremly high heels :(

  • @chelackie. .However, what many people don't know is that it is actually better for the horse if you do not shoe him. Horses should be left in a pasture and kept barefoot. They can be gradually introduced to hard surfaces and their feet will grow harder like the mustangs. Shoes restrict blood flow through the legs, send harmful vibrations up to the joints and several other things that sacrifices the horses health.

  • Beautiful horse, but please get those feet trimmed to a more reasonable length!

  • Great video :)

  • i can alredy do that with my horse and i just started training him

  • @TheDollyMommaClicks According to our studies and the real application of them, horses have a large brain and they do understand perfectly the communication based on language and emotions instead of positive and negative reinforcement. Food addiction is a terrible behavior that sometimes can lead into a very dangerous relationship. Please feel free to contact us for any further information. I will be happy to answer.

  • @Animantia I'm curious what makes you say that? I use food rewards and clicker training and my horse is always asking to communicate with me for her "pay check". I believe this horse is asking what behaviors will get the reinforcer (in this case, scratching...though he doesn't look overly excited about that) and not necessarily food.

  • I love this horse's coat !!!!!!

  • With all due respect to the BareFoot folks out there I've had the discussion with my vet and the truth is, shoes protect the foot and Mustangs as the example,(I've trained a few)he studied the mustangs as a vet student and they have All Kinds of hoof issues. One mustang I took for Mustang Challenge was ultimately lame. Additionally, most barefoot trimmers will tell you to put EZ Boots on if you want to ride in rough country.Indians never shod and rode the Hooves clear off a horse, then ate him!

  • I'm with a lot of people about not putting shoes on. But some times there's a reason.

  • Nice, but this horse is food conditioned. He always looks for food, not for a command..

  • Beautiful horse! not to sure about from the knee down though.
