  • sweet, she's a hotty :)

  • what's up with the long waiting lines even at early voting locations?

I have worked in several elections in my home country of Austria(voter turnout ~80% at general elections) and longest line at election day was probably 15 meters. Why do you guys have not more polling places, no volunteers?

  • haha she made so many movies and it's the only thing u can recall?!

  • "It's true, we asked the paparazzi to vote."

Haha, that was a good one. I voted yesterday. I set aside a good two hour chunk of time, just in case. Turns out getting there early did the trick instead, and I didn't even have to wait in line at all!

  • Hey it's that girl from that season 7 episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation... "Dark Page". ;)

  • In Oregon, EVERYONE votes by mail which makes the entire process much much smoother. In the 2004 presidential election we had 83% participation in my county. I have a video on my page which illustrates the process.

  • We have an own voting section for a register of ~900 voters(registered citizens), with 3 voting booths and 4-6 people working.I'm curious about the relation at polling stations in the US.

  • cool video!

  • Thanks, Kirsten.

  • All elections should be done this way: with paper ballots. None of this electronic crap. My county is so rich, we use electronic ballots and there's controversy lately about the accuracy of it. Every other industrialized country uses paper ballots, why can't we? Why are we always the exception?

  • Cool deal guys. Thanks for being champions of a process that you are trying to change from the inside out.
