This a fun video, thanks for putting it on. Mike Post was one of my favorite fighters because everything he did was crisp, clean & powerful. I would have jumped at the chance to spar a few rounds with him too, and likewise would have gotten my clock cleaned :)

American thanksgiving Mike Post was found lying in his gym at 7;30 am without a pulse. paramedics could not bring him back. He had a junior IBF title shot in may next year, and held a record of 17-1-1
