Entertaining, and the result is fair enough, but poorly explained, in my view. There should be no need to adjust the tie, having tied it, to get it tight enough, though this might be a good way to find the initial point of setting the collar size, when first buying a tie. Still, it's another take on tying the bow tie and this seems like a man who promotes the wearing of same, so thanks for the upload and let's keep the bow tie flying!
