How to use the Cleanpik Comfort BrushPicks?

Instructions:
Brush: Insert between interdental spaces, or dental appliances. Use a soft back and forth motion to remove plaque and food particles. Rinse after use.

Pick: Place pick between teeth and gently press against the gum. Use an in and out motion to remove food particles and stimulate gums. Rinse after use.

Floss: Guide the floss between two teeth and gently press the handle with your fingers. If your teeth are very close together and the floss would not fit in, you may try to bite the handle gently. Do this slowly in order not to damage your gums. The floss is held under slight tension to avoid damaging the gums between the teeth. Once you get Cleanpik between two teeth, hold the floss gently against the tooth and move it away from the gum with up and down motions. This will ensure gentle and effective removal of food particles and plaque. Remove the floss in the same gentle way. Always floss the most difficult to reach spaces last. Rinse after use.
