Here is a comparison to show the powerful reflective and insulating properties of Ceramic Insulation paints developed by NASA. Although this is a promo for one of the leading manufacturers of Ceramic Insulations, there are other credible manufacturers. We do not endorse any specific manufacturer, but the Ceramic Insulation technology developed by NASA is extremely valid and usable, and is more widely used than most people realize. • So this stops radiant loss. What about conductive loss?

The claims made for radiant 'insulation' seem designed to confuse people.

  • Very informative video. Is it effective inside an attic painted onto the decking to be used as a radiant barrier? Or is this product primarly used on the exterior, color-blended into the paint?
