Psychopaths are born, not made. Cho's sister had the same upbringing as her brother and became a successful, "normal" member of society. Also, there are several references to Cho seldom communicating with anyone but his NBC tapes don't seem to be the product of someone that never speaks, even if it's just to oneself. He may have spent a good deal of his time alone ranting about the perceived injustices he suffered or even carrying on fake conversations.

@Msdecemberbaby86 I don't know about the reincarnation stuff, but I was thinking the same thing about those tapes. He reads like he's reading an assignment and what he is describing is more than bullying. It almost sounds like it's taken out of context as if he is writing about some war crime that happened in korea.

I am still baffled by this guy as none of it seems to make sense; in columbine there was actual bullying, antidepressants and maybe other shooters. But this is different.

This may sound weird and might not be true but doesn't he seem like maybe someone who was murdered in korea possibly by americans or just other people was reincarnaded into him? They say he was never bullied but in his video he talks like he was tortured. Just a thought. I'm not a big religious person or anything but I am open minded.
