What if this exact same interview would have been given by a Catholic or a Baptist? Would he too be a fool? Clayton Christensen is one of the most successful and influential business acadmics of our time, and the advice he is giving in this interview is sound and needed and will be an influence for good in our world.

Children will learn when they're ready to learn, not when we're ready to teach them. Nothing but agree!

Phenomenal book. SO glad I read it. How cool that he took the successful tools he developed at Harvard to help businesses succeed, then apply them to everyday people at home. No wonder Forbes, Amazon and CNBC have it at the top of their book lists this year. Kudos.
