A collection of my favorite videogame music. Note that most of them are from games I played so I might miss some great ones from games I never played.

  • A Japan exclusive RPG for the DS that came out a couple months ago. This is Michiko Naruke's first fully composed soundtrack since Wild Arms 3... That's about 10 years ago. It's great to see her back in such great form since this game has a great soundtrack with a big Naruke feel to it. This track actually reminds me of the similarly named Scenery Called Everyday from Wild Arms 3 (Best VGM 133).

  • I've never heard this song in my life before today. And yet I feel so much nostalgia listening to it.

  • IS there an english patch of this anywhere? If not then it needs to be made! I really want to play it now!

  • It oddly sounds like something from LoZ yet with something that brings out nostalgic memories from a past that I never had...a past I had always wanted.

  • Awesome choice! I love the part around 1:20.

  • I'd recommend you guys check out youtube.com/user/KouOgata if this style interests you. He did arrangements for several songs on this game and released an album too.

  • Big fan of Naruke. I knew it sounded familiar at first before I realized she composed it.

  • sounds like Irish folk, lol . Thats not a insult

  • Japan only....

  • Chrono Cross and the Wild ARMs series got my favorite OST in any game I've seen, listened to, or played.

Good to hear that she still is as great as back then

  • if random jrpgs have one thing in common, they all have at least nice tracks. Like this one, never heard of this game though and perhaps I won't hear from it anymore. Still, this music is calming and also cheering. As I said, I don't think it is that hard to find such nice songs in jrpgs but many of them are even then special.

And this one is nice and special. Thumbs up from me.

In the end, I at least think this one's an JRPG I must admit, because then again the music sounds like an JRPG >.<

  • Happy & nice song :)
