Not without the crazy effects he has going at one time. This song came about while Geddy was messing around with a riff, the producer liked it so much they made a song around it, and Mal-Nar was born.. Its a very bass-dominant song, and I doubt anything more that Alex messing around in the background would have fir in the song.
