@MrSuzyxx Thats sensible! Good on you for taking up some research although I would advise not to leave it to long as the petition will be used soon for the compensation claim :) And Im wondering that too, if I remember rightly, I dont think they said anything about it at all

No I am doing some more research I want to know what the defense said about why no fingerprints on gun, I need to hear everything I can before I make up my mind.

Used to think he (David Bain) was innocent but after watching new docco on it I have to say Im having some big doubts!!
If Robin Bain did shoot his family then himself...then why no fingerprints on gun??
Then the "I shot the prick" statement which is easy to hear...I used to belive Joe Karam book but hmmmm

Innocent. The jury heard the evidence, listened to the witnesses and came to a logical conclusion. Those who still think David Bain is the culprit ignore the facts.
